We’re seeking Ph.D. candidates (with personal funding) and M.Tech/M.Sc interns to join our research group at the Lab for Networks and Nonlinear Dynamics (LN^2D) — where theory meets intelligence in complex systems. 🔹 Eligibility: For Ph.D. positions: Candidates with their own personal funding For Internships: Minimum M.Tech or M.Sc degree in Science, Engineering, or Signal Processing (or related areas) Knowledge of Graph Theory, Statistical Physics, and Nonlinear Dynamics will be advantageous Familiarity with AI and ML methods will be highly useful

🔹 Research Focus Areas: a. EEG/fMRI Data Analysis: Network and entropy-based analysis and classification b. Stability in Networked Systems: Random matrix theory, nonlinear dynamics, and AI/ML-based modeling c. Predicting Epidemics: Role of opinion dynamics and diffusion- theoretical and AI/ML-driven approaches d. Neuronal Firing in Complex Networks & Efficient Neural Architectures: Theoretical modeling and AI/ML-based design All topics will be discussed in detail during the initial meeting. 💡 The stipend/salary for interns will be shared during the interview.
